About Us

We Believe that We can Save More Life's with you

Action Santé Communautaire(ASC) is a community-based nonprofit organization working in Lubumbashi, DRC, to protect vulnerable children from vaccine-preventable diseases, especially polio. Founded by Dr. Franck Monga, ASC mobilizes local leaders, educates families, and strengthens trust between communities and the health system. We believe no child should suffer from a disease that can be prevented.

  • Door-to-door sensitization
  • Market and church mobilization
  • Identification of zero-dose children
  • Referral to health centers
